Class Schedule


  • Once a month on Monday evenings, LoveAsha and/or Tanika host a class to help grow those glutes. A moderate intensity group workout that is endless fun and booty focused. Come vibe with us, click here to buy your ticket!

  • Sam comes back every Wednesday night to host a step aerobics class. Integrating dance, cardio and coordination on a stepper, a different routine is taught each class before a leg / core burnout before we go home. Click here to try it out!

  • Hosted by Coach Q Tuesday and Thursday evenings, combining elements of boxing and kickboxing to guide participants in learning self defense. (Temporarily Unavailable, check back for updates)

  • Tyler and Carl lead sessions to guide those in enhancing one's strength, endurance, performance and more. Contact either of us to get more info for scheduling.

  • Jaylin hosts a full body strength class that focuses on push, pull, and lower body movements, mixed with cardio and core exercises for balance and an extra challenge. Click here to buy upcoming tickets!

  • Tanika leads a dynamic fitness class that targets and tones back muscles, helping to sculpt a leaner, stronger physique.
