Ready, Set, Goals, Hello there! My name is LoveAsha––your friendly neighborhood personal trainer. I believe that fitness should be fun and accessible to everyone, everywhere.

As a trainer, I’ve encountered countless people and noticed a similarity; We all have medical conditions related to our weight and didn’t know exactly where or how to start the journey of tackling it.  I’ve dedicated myself to helping people who are looking to start their weight loss journey. I started this journey because I wanted change, I wanted to be healthier mentally, physically and emotionally. What motivated me was me looking in the mirror and having a Shallow Hal moment. I saw the fit, strong, admirable woman within. I just needed to reach in there and pull her out. That’s just what I did, now I’m here!

My plan is to help each and everyone reach their fitness goals through sessions, 1:1 personal training, or classes. I offer HIIT classes that run every Saturday of the month. 1:1 sessions that are built around your schedule. I also offer month-month or package deals for personal training. 

My goal is to help everyone feel welcome and, more importantly, look forward to each workout. I understand how scary it can be to get started, so my number one priority is to help you reach that next milestone––be it to squat 300 lbs or do three push-ups. I’m here to help you
